Women Inspiring Network to showcase a special Moth
WIN is taking forward the conversation on mother entrepreneurship in India on Facebook. WIN presents to you an exceptional panel discussion with some of India’s female changemakers and trailblazers such as Soha Parekh – Director of Raycon Group, an Indo German venture and the co-founder of one of the earliest co-working spaces in Mumbai – WorkLoft; Purvi Gandhi – An occupational therapist and intervention coach; Radhika Iyer – An Entrepreneur and Founder of Anahata Organics, a Yogini, Mountaineer & Philanthropist.
The discussion is essentially an effort to help encourage women who have held corporate jobs and know-how to balance family and work. What mothers need in a bigger way is the collaborative network of others like them. Moms make amazing leaders. After all, mothers are not shaken easily, are resourceful, can juggle multiple responsibilities, inspire and influence others, and be both sympathetic and firm. They also have great intuition. All those traits are needed to be a successful entrepreneur. The session will also shed light on matters, such as contributing factors to promising growth in the number of mom entrepreneurs, the essence of mom entrepreneurship in the society, valuable insights for mothers looking to embark on the journey of entrepreneurship, and much more. Each panelist will bring forth a unique perspective to the table. The symposium aims to support women to be their best selves.
