Top 25 Films
Taxi Driver (1976) dir. Martin Scorsese - In Taxi Driver, we're thrown in an unmovable seat and in raw fashion see through the eyes of Travis Bickle, taking his place and perspective. However his mind is an equation, a mystery to be delved with. One of the most brainpower-congested case studies ever stylistically executed in first-person format. Truly confronting and hypnotic- an atmospheric powerhouse of cinema and art itself. I will never forget this life-changer and inner-invoker, and it'll always remain as my favorite film. Everything from rewatch-ability to relatability, this film exceeds. It has come to a point where this film is just my flesh and magic-medicine.
My personal top 25 favorite films of all time (so far). Films that have stood out and stuck with me the most and these unforgettable pieces will always abide by my liking-my 10/10s. I've learned a lot about cinema, filmmaking, and primarily myself with all these films and I will continue to cherish and love these films with all my heart to an unprecedent, high extent.
