Schitt's Creek (2015)
January-All 6 Seasons
Complete
One of my new all-time favorites. The motel and titular location; Schitt's Creek, makes for an isolated yet beautiful comedy stomping ground. Not only that, every character is worth your time, and there is some real drama and heart. I will be going back shortly for another visit. Thanks for everything, Schitt's Creek.

Currently Watching
5 Episodes in, season 1
It Started off as your average T.V series, slowish (which I don't mind) and not much to hook the viewer. I, now, after episode 5, can't wait to watch more. Kevin Bacon is great here, as the scummy, dirty Cop, playing alongside Aldis Hodge quite well. You may find yourself wanting to punch Bacon's Jackie Rohr many times. I also have a sweet spot for Jonathan Tucker, who plays the leader of an armored truck crew. He fits the character perfectly. Overall, I find that I hold my expectations too high, expecting the next 'Sopranos' or 'Breaking Bad'. That doesn't help much, as I just don't see a show hitting me like that anytime soon. Who knows. 'City on a Hill' is a solid show, and I will watch the rest. An added bonus, of course, is that it is Set in and around Boston. The accents....those damn lovely accents. I LOVE IT.

I really really need to watch more of this. I can't seem to get myself to press play on it lately.

In between seasons
I have heard there will be a season 2 with this one. I do believe the 6.5+ rating on IMDB is a bit surprising, considering how unique and enjoyable it is. Christin Milioti has been a crush of mine since 'How I met your Mother', and she is a joy to watch here. Ray Romano is always fantastic, and here he isn't any different. Looking forward to the rest of his story arc. Last but not least, Billy Magnussen, who plays Byron, is a huge highlight here. portraying such a sociopathic guy, yet impossible not to laugh at. I found myself LOLing several times.

January- 8 episodes
Pending Season 2
Very fun, high paced mystery thriller. nothing particularly special about this, but it was something I had to watch in one night, because I just had to know. Looking forward to season 2.
