Smooth Lau [Chuck]

Smooth Lau (portrayed by Jennifer Jalene) - is a mid-level operative of the Los Angeles Triad in "Chuck", appearing in the Season 2 episode “Chuck Versus the Best Friend.” A ruthless and calculating criminal, she has a history of dealing guns and drugs and works alongside Jason Wang through his exotic-car business, which serves as a front for Triad activities. Lau is the driving force behind a plot to assassinate a Chinese ambassador with a car bomb, and she becomes suspicious of Morgan after the Triad discovers a listening device planted by Chuck.

Lau is also shown to be a formidable hand-to-hand combatant, most notably during her brutal confrontation with Sarah Walker, whom she attempts to choke with a seat belt before ultimately being defeated. Her plans are foiled by Team Bartowski, and she is taken into custody along with the other Triad members. Though only appearing in one episode, Lau serves as one of the episode's principal antagonists and provides Sarah with one of her more memorable physical confrontations.
