Tokusou Sentai Dekaranger (2004)
(5-5 Female to Male Ratio)
Note: Two of the females are one-shot characters, so the normal ratio is 3-5.
jenndubya's rating:
Power Rangers Mystic Force (2006)
(4-5 Female to Male Ratio)
Note: I am including Clare because, unlike her Japanese counterpart, she actually has a transformation sequence (and is a series regular). Even if she's more of a magical girl and she doesn't actually put on tights and a helmet.
jenndubya's rating:
Power Rangers Lost Galaxy (1999)
(3-4 Female to Male Ratio)
Note: This season had two women share the Pink Ranger powers, allowing only two females total to be active at a time. However, they do play hot potato with the powers post-season.
jenndubya's rating:
Mahou Sentai Magiranger (2005)
(3-5 Female to Male Ratio)
Note: There is also a recurring heroine, Lunagel, but she technically doesn't transform.
jenndubya's rating:
Mighty Morphin Power Rangers (1993)
(5-10 Female to Male Ratio)
Note: The main team was never higher than a 2-4 ratio, while the Alien Rangers were always a 1-4 ratio.
jenndubya's rating:
Shuriken Sentai Ninninger (2015)
(3-7 Female to Male Ratio)
Note: The main team is 33% female (2-4) and one hero of each gender is a one-shot character.

Zyuden Sentai Kyōryūger (2013)
(3-11 Female to Male Ratio)
Note: The core team is only 16% female (1-5), the full team is 20% female (2-8), and the final team is 30% female (3-7).
And if one includes the team's ancestors from the direct-to-video sequel, the ratio is bumped down to 20% (4-16).
jenndubya's rating:
Power Rangers and Super Sentai have always shown men and women as equals, but sometimes the girls just can't help but come off as just the Token Chick.
This is a test to see just how equal the playing field is, sorting each season by the prominence of female heroines within the team.
Standard five to six team configurations are excluded from the running because it's the standard and the list would just end up repetitive. The season must have seven or more heroes to qualify for the ranking.
