Zero: The Biography of a Dangerous Idea - Charles Seife
So interesting. So well written. A real surprise and an excellent read.

Till We Have Faces: A Myth Retold - C. S. Lewis
Mr. Lewis did an excellent job of making me associate with the heroine. Beautifully written.

Has EVERY work my Mark Rothko done on Canvas. Unbelievable. And beautiful. Heavy.

Life of Pi - Yann Martel
I thought his book was perfect, I wouldn't change a thing. Martel did an awesome job of making me feel like I was right there on the boat observing the whole thing. The religious aspect was fascinating as well. Wonderful. I just hope they don't try to make a movie of it.

In the Hand of Dante: A Novel - Nick Tosches
Three stories in one, really. And the author writes himself right into one of them. Brilliant!!

Read this and you will know everything you will every need to know about zombie. Max brooks is true fan to the core. Not the most exciting book in the world, but its authenticity is to be admired.

Memoirs of a Geisha: A Novel - Arthur Golden
Such beautiful prose. The separation scene realy made my heart wrench, if I may.

1984 - George Orwell
What if this terrible dystopia was real? This book really made me appreciate my freedoms. Ugh. A wonderfully tragic love story as well. The only rating I can give this book is 'double plus good'.
AjaxLeRoy's rating:
Lolita - Vladimir Nabokov
The self-deprication and humor and vocabulary of this book is truely great. Lolita and Humbert are both selfish delusioned twists of people.

Truly the best into to modern art that I've ever seen or read. If you can get your hands on a copy, grab it!
