The Usual Suspects (1995)
This film is considered a masterpiece by most everyone, and has been in the top 30 on IMDB for years. Ebert was not as impressed, as he gave the film 1 and half stars.

He thought it was a dumb horror film that offered nothing new, and gave it a thumbs down on the show. It later went on to win Best Picture.

Speed 2: Cruise Control (1997)
Along with Roger Ebert, Gene Siskel thought this was a fun and entertaining thrill ride. Others? They cite it as among one of the worst sequels ever. Ebert's is the only positive review for this film on Rotten Tomatoes.
