I am a natural bodybuilder, model, and fitness competitor. During my years of training I have acquired a lot of knowledge and experience which I intend to share and display on my page.
Biografia
I am originally from Tirana, Albania. My family and I migrated into the United States when I was just ten years old. I have always been involved in sports, both team and individual sports. Senior year in high-school, I dislocated my elbow and tore my left tricep while wrestling. As part of my physical therapy program I began to lift weights and developed a pretty good muscular physique. I soon, thereafter, began to compete in bodybuilding shows as well as physique competitions. I have won many titles and been featured in many magazines, books, and publications.
