On paper, the Honda Jazz is cheaper, more powerful and more practical. However, there is no news of an update, so you will be getting a 2018 car with older technology, compared to the Yaris which offers newer conveniences as well as ADAS features - which the Jazz doesn't.
In terms of driveability, the engine feels lacking in power sometimes but it handles very well. Interior is very comfortable.
