Herring in linseed oil
500 g herring fillets
100 ml of linseed oil
1 tablespoon of lemon juice
1 tablespoon of white wine vinegar
3 bay leaves
3 seeds of herbal medicine
6 seeds of black pepper
A few days before the planned administration, prepare a fish: herring urine in cold water for about 3-4 hours.
Then thoroughly rinse, dry and cut into pieces (1 fillet for 3-4 pieces).
Peel onions, cut into feathers, sprinkle with salt, pour vinegar and lemon juice, leave for half an hour.
Put the herring, onion and seasoning alternately in the jar. Pour all over with oil and tighten it tightly. Put it in the fridge. The best herrings are after 4-5 days.
