Description: Lisa Enos is a writer and a filmmaker from Michigan. Her first job in film production was as an illustrator for Loxley Hall Productions, a children's film production company in Chicago, IL. Enos then worked at Wieden + Kennedy Advertising in Portland, Oregon, where she also began writing and directing children's films for the educational film market, including the award-winning series, "More Life Lessons." In 1996 Enos read a story in the Oregonian newspaper about a Polish Jew who saved 54 children during the Holocaust. Enos traveled to Europe with a crew of five to interview the survivors, and made the film entitle Lisa Enos is a writer and a filmmaker from Michigan. In 1996 Enos read a story in the Oregonian newspaper about a Polish Jew who saved 54 children during the Holocaust. Enos traveled to Europe with a crew of five to interview the survivors, and made the film entitled, "The Angel of Bergen Belsen," which became the first digital film to air on the network. She then went on to direct "Copycat Crimes," for A & E; an anti-censorship documentary about real-life crimes based on those committed in films. This project took her to Los Angeles, where she interviewed filmmakers Julia Phillips, John MacNaughton and more.

Enos ended up staying in Los Angeles where she went on to co-write and produce the critically acclaimed, "ivansxtc," starring Danny Huston, Peter Weller & Lisa Enos. The film was nominated for four Independent Spirit Awards in 2003, including a personal nomination for Enos.

Enos then moved to London with filmmaker Bernard Rose (Candyman, Immortal Beloved) who was her husband at the time, to produce and star in the controversial horror satire, "Snuff-Movie," (Lionsgate UK) which made its debut at the Edinburgh Film Festival in 2004. Enos' other credits include "The Kreutzer Sonata," which she produced and co-wrote, starring Elisabeth Rohm and Danny Huston and "Mr. Nice," starring Rhys Ifans, David Thewlis, Crispin Glover and Chloe Sevigny.

In 2016 Enos directed her first feature length narrative film, "Soft Core," (working title) starring Daniel Falicki (Accidental Exorcist, Last Vampyre). The film is in post production as of February 2017.
