Leonardo Nam is an Argentine-Australian actor. He was born on November 5, 1979 in Buenos Aires, Argentina to Korean immigrant parents. Nam's family moved to Sydney, Australia when he was six, and he attended Sydney Technical School. He graduated from the University of New South Wales at age 19 with a bachelor's degree in architecture. Soon, he moved to New York City and began studying acting with teachers such as Austin Pendleton and HB Studio's William Carden. Nam was working at Lotus Bar in the city's Meatpacking District before he got his start in Hollywood, which came about with his film debut in the mockumentary Hacks (2002
