Description: Lee Mack, born in Southport, Lancashire, England, had a humble upbringing. He lived above a pub until he was 12, when his parents separated. He attended Birkdale Primary School and Stanley High School in Southport. Before pursuing comedy, Mack worked various jobs, including as a stable boy and a Bluecoat entertainer at Pontins holiday resort. He performed his first stand-up routine in 1994 while studying Drama at Brunel University.
