Born and raised in Southern California, actress, model, and philanthropist Leanna Pareja discovered at a very early age her natural talent for performing, acting and singing in school plays and church pageants. As she grew up and began to polish her craft, Leanna also felt a pull to explore her Hispanic heritage, moving to Venezuela and then Colombia to study Spanish, which she now speaks fluently.
