Description: Eldest daughter of Jacques Drucker, professor of medicine, and Martine, an English teacher. She is the niece of TV host Michel Drucker and former President Jean Drucker M6. She is the cousin of journalist Marie Drucker. She spent her childhood with her family in the United States between Washington, Boston and Chausey. Elle passe son enfance avec sa famille aux États-Unis entre Washington, Boston et les îles Chausey.
Elle découvre sa vocation en 1987, lorsqu'elle participe au club de théâtre du lycée Molière à Paris.

Léa Drucker commence, après des cours à l'École de la rue Blanche, sa carrière de comédienne au théâtre dans des pièces classiques en 1999, (Le Misanthrope) mise en scène par Roger Hanin, ou contemporaines (Blanc, d'Emmanuelle Marie, mis en scène par Zabou Breitman et Matthieu Le Bihan, pièce dans laquelle elle incarne la sœur cadette d'Isabelle Carré).
Elle fait des apparitions dans quelques téléfilms et séries TV comme « Colis d'oseille » en 1993 et « Anne Le Guen » en 1995.
