Former News Anchor & Reporter Laurie Waters, Laurie joined KMOV Channel 4 in February 1989 as a primary reporter for KMOV's news updates. Waters was part of Channel 4 news team assigned to launch a 24-hour News concept at a broadcast television station in the United States, providing live news and weather updates 24 hours a day, seven days a week, the launch prompted stations to duplicate the concept for years to come, in the Spring of 1989, she was promoted of a Nightside reporter and shortly there after she became the weekend anchor, Waters is currently Co-Anchor of "News 4 St. Louis" with Matt sczesny at 5:00, 6
