Early life and education
Laëtitia Milot was born on July 5, 1980 to a military father and a nurse mother[1]. Born in Limoges, in Haute-Vienne, she spent her childhood in the neighbouring town of Saint-Gence. She studied sports-studies at the conservatories of Tours (1990-1994) and Aix-en-Provence (1994-1997).

Early life and education
Laëtitia Milot was born on July 5, 1980 to a military father and a nurse mother[1]. Born in Limoges, in Haute-Vienne, she spent her childhood in the neighbouring town of Saint-Gence. She studied sports-studies at the conservatories of Tours (1990-1994) and Aix-en-Provence (1994-1997).
From 2001 to 2002, she was part of a theatre troupe with the Compagnie du Ruban vert.
From 2002 to 2004, she attended the conservatory of the 18th arrondissement in Paris and then the Cours Florent[1].
Career
First television appearance
In 2000, she worked in a production company that took care of the audience of the shows. Thus, on April 20, 2000, she took her place at the last minute in the audience of the show Tout le monde en parle, the host of the show Thierry Ardisson finding that there were not enough women in the audience. Then Thierry Ardisson, also believing that the set lacked femininity, even invited her to join his guests Laurent Gerra and Richard Anconina[2].
Actress and host
She began her career in 2000 in Toute la ville en parle[3], and played small roles in series and films.
In 2002, she starred in William Shakespeare's A Midsummer Night's Dream.
In 2004, she participated in a reality show (Opération séduction on M6) in which she played the role of "Camille", a temptress who turns men's heads.
She plays the character of Mélanie Rinato, working at the Mistral bar with Roland and Thomas Marci, in the television series Plus belle la vie, on France 3, between the second episode in August 2004 and February 2018.
In 2007, she was the host of the American talent show, The Starlet, a Nouvelle Star type show but with professional actors, on W9.
In 2008, she played in Les Empreintes du temps, a documentary-fiction, in the play À la manière de..., directed by Richard Guedj, as well as the role of Cora in SOS 18.
Since May 25, 2010, she has hosted the paranormal show Ghost Adventures on the Syfy channel.

In 2011, Laëtitia played alongside Michel Galabru in the play La Femme du boulanger live on France 2.
She also appeared in the series Enquêtes réservés on France 3 and in La Crèche des hommes, a television film for France 2, broadcast in 2012.
In June 2015, his novel On se retrouva was adapted and broadcast by TF1. She plays Margot, the main role. The TV movie was an audience success for TF1, exceeding 7 million viewers[4].
In December 2018, she was the heroine of a Christmas TV movie called A Baby for Christmas.
On October 17, 2019 on TF1, she is the heroine of the series Olivia, which includes Samy Naceri as a guest star[5].
Since 2024, she has been the presenter of the show Le Meilleur Pâtissier[6].

On September 26, 2019, she was invited as a singer on the single Loin d'ici, by tenor Vincent Niclo[7],[8].
Dancing with the stars
In the fall of 2013, she participated in the fourth season of the show Danse avec les stars on TF1, alongside the dancer Christophe Licata[9], and finished third in the competition.

Literature
In 2010, his autobiographical book written with the collaboration of Johana Lagunas, entitled I wanted to tell you[10], in which she recounts the drama that conditioned her to this life choice and her battles to become an actress, through interviews, confidences about her tastes and never-before-seen photos that reveal another side of the actress.
In 2013, she published her first novel, On se retrouva (Fayard), still written with the collaboration of Johana Lagunas, who is credited under the name Johana Gustawsson (her married name). A noir thriller in which she tackles two subjects that are particularly close to her heart: violence against women, particularly through rape, but also the quest for identity[10],[11]. Soon, the novel On se retrouva will be adapted into a TV movie by TF1[10],[12].
In 2016, she published her third book Le bébé, c'est pour quand ?, published by Michel Lafon, in which she recounts her fight to become a mother and reveals her life with endometriosis, a disease that prevents her from conceiving a child.
In 2017, she published her second novel, Liés pour la vie, with Plon.
In 2018, she published Ma clé du bonheur (My Key to Happiness) with First Editions where she gives her testimony on the secrets of happiness in everyday life.
In 2021, she signed Sélia at Plon, the story of a singer who wants to relaunch her career by participating in an ambitious musical "The Thousand and One Nights". She comes up against family secrets and seemingly impossible obstacles.
In 2024, she released a children's tale for the first time: Lili et l'arbre magique (Lili and the Magic Tree) with Larousse Jeunesse, for which she also dubbed the voice of the audio CD that accompanies the book [13].
Modeling and advertising
Laëtitia Milot is a lingerie model and has modeled for the brand Aubade, FHM magazine which named her Miss Lingerie in 2003 and Les p'tites bombes in 2008 which made her its muse[14].
In 2008, she created her clothing line in partnership with LPB, of which she has been the face since 2006.
In 2009, she appeared in a television commercial for the cosmetics brand Le Petit Olivier, of which she is the muse.
In 2011, she lent her image to a deodorant brand, Rexona Women.
In 2024, she is the face of the "Bien dans mes seins" campaign of the lingerie brand, Sans Complexe.
Personal life
On June 30, 2007, she married Badri[15], her partner since the death of her ex-husband Yannis from cancer in 2001[16],.
In 2013, she revealed that she had endometriosis[17],[18], a disease for which she had been operated on a year earlier, and does not know if she will ever be able to have children[19],[1].
On November 14, 2017, she announced that she was 3 months pregnant. She gave birth to a baby girl named Lyana on May 14, 2018.
