As a singer, Hong has released 10 albums and is best known for his 2000 hit song "Shaky Friendship" (Korean: 흔들린 우정). He made his debut as a rock-ballad singer in 1997 with the song "Now" ("이제는"). Hong Kyung Min's style of rock was unlike any other rock singer.
