Description:
Kent Blackwelder was a houseguest on Big Brother 2 (US). He was evicted in Week 5 in a unanimous 4-0 vote. He placed 7th and was the fifth member of the jury. During his season, Kent was known for his strong friendship with the openly gay houseguest Bunky in spite of his conservative views, including at one point allowing Bunky to sleep in the HoH bed with him.
On December 23, 2017, Kent became the first United States contestant to pass away at the age of 62.
