Katrina Landa was born in Kiev, Ukraine and moved to United States at the age of 3. She had to go back to the Ukraine to finish school and college, but moved back to New York at the age of 18. She speaks fluent English, Russian and Ukrainian.
In the Ukraine, her career started when she was a six year old girl. She was accepted into a Performing Arts school, where she studied acting, music and dance. Katrina started her own band "2K", and released a few singles and music videos. She appeared in several movies, TV series and participated in The Ukrainian Idol.
