Corporal Katrina Hodge is a serving member of the British Army from Royal Tunbridge Wells, Kent in south-east England who was Miss England 2009. Hodge was the first military member to ever enter a UK pageant.
Challenged by her older brother to join the Army, she signed up aged 17.She reported for duty at their barracks in Winchester, Hampshire, wearing kitten heels, false eyelashes and with her clothes in a pink suitcase, earning her the nickname Combat Barbie.
