Kåre Hedley "Bruttern" Ingebrigtsen (born 11 November 1965 in Trondheim) is a former Norwegian footballer. He played as a midfielder.
During his career he played for Rosenborg BK, Lillestrøm SK, Manchester City F.C., and Strømsgodset IF as a midfielder. He earned 23 caps for the Norway national football team.
He made 17 appearances for Manchester City, scoring three goals, all of them in an FA Cup match against Leicester City F.C. on 8 January 1994.
He was the coach of Rosenborg BK, but got sacked from the job 19. July 2018.
