Jisela Delgado (born January 7, 1980 in Tampa, Florida) is an American reality TV personality that debuted on the MTV show Road Rules 10: The Quest. She was the first person to ever get voted off a season from Road Rules. It is also the only season that this rule was ever implemented. Jisela went on to do several other MTV challenges, as well as posing nude for Playboy with several other women from Road Rules in May 2002. She is of Panamanian and Puerto Rican decent.
