Jester Naefe

Jester Naefe was a popular German actress in the 50's and touted as "the German Marilyn Monroe". Gregory Peck called her "one of the most attractive and beautiful women in the world". She was treated at a German hospital in '59 and later diagnosed with multiple sclerosis. Ultimately, her friends deserted her and she spent her last remaining years living with her mother. Before the end she was totally paralyzed and endured bouts of temporary blindness. She died in '67 with her mother and daughter by her side.
