JazzBo was founded in 1997 by Detwin Johannsen and Waki Johannsen, together with Daniel Dueckers.
Detwin (alt & tenor sax) and Waki (trombone), the Johannsen brothers, founded already the forerunner of JazzBo, YEBO.
