James Bulliard was born in Bern, Switzerland, and began his acting career at the age of six on a local radio show in his hometown of Toronto. The job earned him a nomination for an ACTRA (Alliance of Canadian Cinema, Television and Radio Artists) award. Introverted as a child, acting was an outlet for James to overcome his shyness. At 12 he started performing with an improvisational comedy troupe and shortly thereafter, got his first agent.
Bulliard has worked primarily in Canada. His TV credits include appearances on the series Leap Years, Relic Hunter, The Hoop Life, Animorphs, Real Kids, Real Adventures and The Mystery Fil
