Jake Ramos was born in Cavite City, Philippines and moved to the United States with his mom in when he was three years old. Battle In The Realms (2004) which was entered into the San Antonio Independent Christian Film Festival and the Damah Film Festival, and Sampaguita Boy (2009) which was entered in the 180 MicroCinema Film Festival and the International Film Festival of Manhattan. Jake has also won awards for Best Actor in the 2000 MSBFF Youth Camp, and Best Supporting Actor in the 2001 MSBFF Youth Camp. He's also gone on to be an extra in two major films coming out in 2012, The Bourne Legacy and The Dark Knight Rises. He considers himself a SuperGeek because of his love for all things Superman. He collects Superman comics, toys, movies, posters, clothing, etc. He's even made a Superman costume that stands on display in his bedroom right next to his homemade Darth Vader costume for all his geeky friends to envy.
Jake Ramos is a Christian, and often brings elements of his faith into the videos he produces. He attends Living Word Fellowship NY Church, based in Queens, NY and often produces videos for the church.
Other than film, Jake is also a big wrestling fan. His idols growing up were Shawn Michaels and The Rock. He often portrayed similar characters in his earlier films.
His influences include James Cameron, Steven Spielberg, George Lucas, Ridley Scott, and Peter Jackson
