Songwriter ("If Winter Comes"), composer, pianist and singer, educated at the Chicago Musical College (on scholarship) and the Boguslawski School of Music. She began as a concert pianist; then led her own orchestra, and was a singer and pianist in night clubs, on radio, and in theatres. She appeared in the Broadway musicals "Ziegfeld Follies of 1941" and "Mexican Hayride".
