Heydon Prowse (born 1981) is a British journalist and actor. He presents the BBC3 show The Revolution Will Be Televised. In the early nineties he played the role of Colin Craven in the 1993 Agnieszka Holland-directed adaptation of the Frances Hodgson Burnett novel The Secret Garden.
In 2009, during the Parliament Expenses Scandal, Prowse secretly filmed Alan Duncan MP in the House of Commons complaining that he, Duncan, was living on rations. Duncan was fired as a result.
