She was performing in Italy and France and after returning to Poland - in the most renowned theatres in Toruń and Warsaw. Her film debut was in 1935 in romantic comedy ''Kochaj tylko mnie''. She is most known for starring in pre-war romantic comedies such as : ''Zapomniana Melodia'', ''Piętro Wyżej'', ''Paweł i Gaweł'', ''Włóczęgi''.She was an officer in Polish resistance movement ''Armia Krajowa'' during Nazi and Soviet occupation in Poland and took part in Warsaw uprising .After World War II, she played some minor r
