Can't make a photo as primary/profile image

I've posted a lot of photos but I can't make a single one as primary/profile image.
It just shows the "Embed this image On Listal by using this code" text.

For some reason pics get blocked that shouldn't be blocked. Like I noticed some portrait/headshot pics you can't set them as profile pictures, but some full body pics are okay. Sometimes I have to reupload the picture multiple times just to be able to set it as the primary image. Sometimes when I upload a movie or tv poster it'll be blocked and I have to reupload it.

This has been an ongoing issue for some time now, I think the original idea of the 'Embeded this Image' was to stop bikini and similar images from being used as the profile image, but has spectacularly failed. I have mentioned this to Tom and the Mods but without any joy. Many of the images which clearly dont adhear to the profile image requirements can still be used and many images which meet the requirements are being blocked, so its a complete waste of time.

This was a subtopic of the "P*rn celebs" thread that was deleted. Yes, there seems to be no particular rhyme or reason to the algorithm that decides it. IIRC, I had an issue with two nearly-identical pics. I don't remember the exact celeb, but for conversation's sake, let's say the LEFT facial profile couldn't be used, but the RIGHT facial profile was OK? I *shrug*!

@TrekMedic - you are correct, this happens with most celebs pictures. I find it strange that the algorithm can not distinquish any more between a normal head shot and a full image of a celeb in a bikini. In some cases of eg glamour models who have 95% of their posted images that technically should not be allowed as a profile, when you finally find an acceptable image that too is Embeded. I asked if this system could be shut off as its not fit for purpose, but without any luck.
