Can't Add Images

Is anyone else having this issue? I've tried to add pictures via the image URL and absolutely nothing happened. I then downloaded them and tried to upload from the computer and I received this error message :

500 Internal Server Error@media (prefers-color-scheme:dark){body{background-color:#000!important}}

Request Timeout

This request takes too long to process, it is timed out by the server. If it should not be timed out, please contact administrator of this web site to increase 'Connection Timeout'.

Never mind! I think I just have a slow Wi-fi signal here! I was able to upload them all without a problem.
