Lily Easton's page being vandalized

The user Stanislav Kuchinsky keeps inserting his own name onto Lily Easton's page as the person she is in a relationship with. If you change it back to her actual boyfriend's name, he just changes it back to his name. Is there anyway to stop him from doing this?
