There should be a minimum resolution/size for images that are set as profile images for movies and TV shows. It's irritating to have titles added to my lists with minuscule poster sizes. Even if I change the image to something more appropriate, another user can swoop in a few months later and change it back to a smaller poster. Usually, these users have posted these small images themselves.
Alternatively, primary/profile image changes should go through a moderator approval process, and part of this approval should be related to the quality and size of the chosen image.
