Several tags not working anymore

So I just noticed that several tags not working anymore. What is happening? Clicking them just shows "Page not found"

This looks like it is impacting tags with spaces specifically.

Yes, it's site-wide. Apostrophes, spaces, etc. The "+" formulation for URLs is wrong and needs to be %20. It's been noted in other threads, so hopefully, it will be addressed soon.

It's fixed. Either + or %20 can be used in the URL.
