Titles and years not added

Listal appears to read everything but titles and years now, as the last IMDb entries I've submitted have turned out with no titles or years attached. As a result, I get to add the titles via edit, but they will still go without release info. For example:

Can the staff please sort this out?

yup it looks like when adding new movies or tv shows the item itself gets listed but there is no title
