Issue With Lists of Lists (Ghost Lists?)

This may be part of the same issue reported with pic thumbnails not showing and/or uploaded pic not showing with the broken link thumbnail, but I've noticed on several older list groupings, lists that were deleted as still showing up as gray areas.

I'm viewing this using Google Chrome, just updated about a month ago.

When I go to the "rearrange" function, I can't delete them from the lists because they've already been deleted.

Any help is appreciated.
