Can someone please address this:
Sal3000 has repeatedly approached me, asking if I'm a moderator and/or can I reduce his picture posting ban (which I cannot). It got to the point where I've blocked him, but he keeps sending me friend requests.
I thought that was impossible if you're being blocked?
