What is this?

I can only assume you have posted an image to a profile which has been marked as Adult (basically its restricted). This is becoming a bit of a theme these days. If you believe the persons Profile has been wrongly marked as Adult you should drop a line to the moderators and request them to remove the restriction.

Restrictions are usually either age or content related.
