Gregory A. Raymond is the Frank Church Professor of International Relations at Boise State University, where he also is director of the Honors College. Raymond has received nine major teaching awards, including Idaho Professor of the Year from the Carnegie Foundation for the Advancement of Teaching, and has published articles and books, including THIRD WORLD POLITICS OF INDUSTRIALIZED NATIONS, which received an Outstanding Academic Book Award from the American Library Association.
