Tony Hawk's Underground 2: Remix - PlayStation Portable

The original game's freedom of choice -- go anywhere and do anything -- works particularly well when you're gaming on the move, allowing you to dip in for a quick mess around, while the story mode and more complex challenges can be tackled when you've got more time to play.

Although most of the game is the same as before, there are four tricky new levels to explore. Indeed, "tricky" could be used to describe a lot of Tony Hawk Underground: without the use of the PS2's twin analogue sticks, the game's control system can be awkward.

Although a brand new game in the franchise, specifically made for the PSP, would've been ideal this is still a superior slice of gaming the likes of which has never been seen on a portable before. -- Harrison Dent
