Volume II of Starfleet Command, this new version adds two races, the Mirak Star League (the Kzintis in the boardgame), and the Interstellar Concordium, each with their special weapons and ships. The game also introduced fighters and fast patrol ships (gunboats, sometimes called pseudo-fighters). A full "dynaverse" was included as a dynamic mission generator with full campaign mode.
