"NOVICE / Stalker / Veteran / Master I started a Stalker difficulty playthrough but near the end I realized the game lowered my difficulty to Novice by itself. I got mad when I learned it because I already beat it on Novice before. Then I started to Master difficulty playthrough but bored and didn't want to continue so left it at half. I could get the good ending which Strelok destroys the machine of Monolith."
"As long as you're in their sight, every bullet the enemy fires at you no matter where they're from is going to hit you. They have been blessed with auto-aim. The player on the other hand has to contend with massive recoil, bullet drop and bullet spread. I just love the whole contrast between the strait-jacket realism the player is strapped into with the superhuman freedom of the CPU. It's two different worlds on a collision course. There's probably a decent game in here, but it's simply lost ins"
