Speedseat is the last word in driving game accessories. The Speedseat is designed to enhance the gaming experience by giving users of all ages and size, a fully adjustable and foldable 3 dimensional platform for mounting their steering wheels, pedals or joysticks. The Speedseat will accept any steering wheel that uses a clamping mechanism to secure it.Adjustability :
Every user will have his or her personal preference regards angle and distance of the steering wheel from the seated position. The Speedseat is infinitely adjustable in this regard, by means of a tilting and sliding steering wheel table. Likewise the position of the pedals is equally adjustable, allowing small children to adults of over 6ft tall to position themselves comfortably.
Foldable :
When designing the Speedseat we understood from our early prototypes that the space the unit takes up when stored, and the speed of this operation, was of paramount importance. Consequently the Speedseat is incredibly easy to use and store. The Speedseat is solid and robust in its construction. At the 2004 Game star live show at ExCel London, two Speedseat's were used for demonstration all week and were subject to non stop action. Young children to Adults of over 6ft tall were able to race comfortably.
Facts :
1. The Speedseat is made operational from its position of storage in less than 10 seconds. Once unfolded, all the user has to do is attach the steering wheel and pedals and get in. Now seated, the user can adjust the steering wheel to his or her desired position. Likewise, the pedal frame assembly will slide in or out to gain the perfect pedal position.
2. After use the Speedseat is folded in to its storage position in less than 10 seconds. The Speedseat has been designed to be wheeled to its place of storage or use. Its width of 25 [64cm] means it can be wheeled through doorways and hallways without damaging furniture or décor.
3. Folded to 34¼x 24x 8¼ [86cm x 61cm x 21cm] it is designed to be left in a vertical position where, on tilting, it will rest on its two storage feet.
4. The Speedseat is very comfortable. Even heavier users will find that considerable time can be spent enjoying the gaming experience in comfort.
5. The Speedseat weighs in at approximately 15 Kilo's. This means that wheeling or carrying the unit to a friend's house for 2 player arcade type racing is now a reality.
6. With the Speedseat you do not need a big bank balance or a dedicated games room to enjoy arcade type racing.
