The game features anime style video clips as well as dialogues with slightly animated characters on static backdrops which forwards the story, branching it based on players actions and answers during conversation with other characters. Save game options is only available at key points in the story and cannot be done anywhere during gameplay as is case with most of visual novels. Bottom screen is used for text and does not have opacity, with graphical content appearing only in the upper area, whether static images or video clips. Certain key animations are done in full screen.
