The game is done entirely in real-time 3D. The player has to complete several "groping" sessions before engaging in actual sex. During the groping the girls are still fully clothed, and the player's goal is to successfully "stimulate" them. This is achieved entirely by moving the mouse; strength and intensity of the movement correspond to the movement of the protagonist's hands on the screen.
Between the groping sessions, the girls would ask the protagonist questions, which can be answered with "yes" or "no", by dragging the mouse vertically or horizontally. Depending on these answers, the player either risks to terminate the seduction, or takes it into a new direction, unlocking different scenes in process.
This release focuses on a more realistic look and feel as compared to their earlier releases which focused mainly on anime styles.
Illusion has included many new innovations to this game including first-person perspectives, webcam support with facial tracking, dual mouse support, 3D anaglyph glasses support as well as an engine that is slightly more optimized for modern processors.
