NOTE: Per agreement with the US Government, the civilian release version allows users to customize and edit many of the data tables including TO&E's and force structures, leaders, nationality values, weather, and the TEC (terrain effects). However, it does not support editing of the weapons or ammunition related tables, although they may be viewed.
