Goal or No Goal is an online multiplayer soccer game in which you can customize 'cartoony' characters to play normal soccer matches or compete in quests that increase characters' skills. You can select different venues for matches, including a playground next to a street full of traveling cars. The tiny cars can run into characters that enter the street, causing a small burst and a 'dizzying' effect upon the characters.
