Europa Universalis II - PC Games

Europa Universalis II is very similar in appearance to its predecessor, so the interface will be instantly familiar to returning gamers. For new players, there is an extensive in-game tutorial and we do mean extensive. There are many improvements and expansions over the original, which while the same in principal, is much more refined and dynamic.

Graphically the map graphics are simple, but considering the nature of the game, and the size that your empire can grow to, this is no bad thing; the sound is also very good. As history lies at the core, you can't help but pick up a sense of the events from 1419 to 1820, which adds an amazing amount of character.

But there must be something wrong with the game! Yes, it eats time, or rather, it makes time fly. This is a seriously addictive game and has converted many gamers to the strategy genre. Europa Universalis II is highly recommended to anyone with a taste for strategy, or a love of history, or anyone seeking more from their gaming life.
