Brain age for the Nintendo DS has got to be one of the oddest concepts ever for a video game. You essentially are given a series of mental exercies to do every day, followed by a Brain Age computation test. The exercies range from simple arithmetic problems, to reading aloud, to counting people going in and out of a house, and many more.
